Bummer to write such a poor review. I wanted this to work out. I had a phone needing repair. First telephone pick up response was great. Once the call was over I was told they connect with me via text to get an invoice over etc....whelp I was forgot about and this was a $300+ job. So I followed up with a call and spoke with a new tech who said the same thing, this time we did connect via text. However after only a few texts back and forth, an invoice was never presented, when requested...nothing. My phone really needed a fix and I was willing to spend the cash. Sorry guys, you have good reviews, but can't say that with my experience. I went somewhere else in Temecula and had a fantastic 5 star experience.

We brought our problematic iPhone in and are so impressed with the service, abilities and honesty of Nick and Joseph. They had the parts in stock and the ability to resurrect and restore my phone to working order... I HIGHLY recommend this place for their courtesy, honesty and ability... they are truly amazing! In a time when we walk in and out of many businesses and feel like we were poorly treated THIS WAS A TRUE Pleasure. We will be back any time we need help with one of our four devices... PLEASE give them a try! Great people!

Joseph was SO helpful! A really easy and productive experience. Walked in and was greeted immediately. The part I needed was in house (I have an older iPhone so I wasn’t sure if I would have to order parts and wait). I didn’t have to wait but maybe 20 mins for the repair to be complete.

Joseph made sure I was happy with my repair and finalized a few details I asked for without hesitation.

All around a “diamond in the rough” amid all the scammy tech places and price hikers you have available to you. Oh yea, price was good!

I will definitely go back for all of my future phone repair needs.

Went in telling them I needed a new battery for my IPhone. After a quick look they told me my battery was fine I just needed to change a few settings. They then proceeded to take a few minutes and make the changes for me. I’m an older (but not old!) lady who is not very tech savvy and is sometimes made to feel out if it, but they were very patient and respectful and didn’t even charge me for all the did. And the guy (sorry I didn’t get his name) at the front desk has the best smile! Plus they have a store dog! Will definitely talk them up and return for any service I need.

Best experience at a tech repair store I’ve ever had. Called them to see how long and how much it would be to fix my iPhone screen, he told me 20 minutes which is quick as it is. I get to the store and drop it off, wait in the car and he has it done in 10. Everything works perfectly still, very professional environment and great pricing, don’t take your broken or damaged tech anywhere else but here if you want it done right and fast.

This place is amazing they fixed my phone it looks brand new. It was fixed sooner than I expected and they constantly called me to keep me up-to-date as to what was going on with my phone. Once I told them I was a veteran they even gave me a discount I really appreciate it that. Great professionalism friendly staff and very knowledgeable I’m fixing phones and unlocking phones as well. I will definitely be going back to them because they are the most professional shop I’ve ever been in.
