I live in Holbrook and drive 30 minutes to go to this hardware store. Staff is actually knowledgeable, super friendly, and they give you something they don't at that other place... That's right folks great customer service!

Ace always has exactly what I need and the store brand is couple dollars less. The store is clean and so are the restrooms. Staff is very helpful and personable.

They have everything, and they are convenient, overpriced, but convenient. They are like the circle k of hardware stores. I'm glad to have them in a pinch, but when you need a good deal, Home Depot is the place to go..

Friendly cashiers. No hasles on returns. Clerks need to be more knowledgeable in what they are selling on the floor. I've had to wait several times for help on the floor while clerks were catching up on their personal life with current customers. The cashiers really impressed me there.

Prices are unbelievably high.the only thing good about them is convenience.
4.10 for a 60 lb bag of premix from lowes.
6.50 from Ace.
That's price gouging.
I just gave them a 2 because of convenience

The staff here are very friendly. They had everything I needed, including a special plumbing fitting that I thought would be impossible to find in this little town. Easy access right on Main St.
