So far really enjoyed my first day out with the app. It has great tutorial videos practically for every single step you’ll make. Customers are texted automatically if you select them to be active on that service. Very professional looking invoicing and scheduling is detailed. Overall very pleased! Use it on iPad in the field it’s great! 👍

They keep upping the cost. Saying they are well under industry costs. It's not entirely true. You can Google companies comparable to skimmer that can easily fit into the pool business. One I found was around 19 a month, with customers it's comes out to be around 50.00 dollars. Now for ease and convenience of not having to move every customer. Id be happy if my bill was around 60-80 a month for a solid 100 customers. Not 107.00 a month for 89. The software isn't that great, the picture taking as a lag, on the website on the invoices section, you frequently get an oops refresh message and have to log in and start over. It's buggy for what they charge. Are they cheaper than other software? Yes but they are also more expensive than other options too.

Transitioning to Skimmer has been the best move for our company. In the first three months, we have increased our profit by 22% and our staff has increased their earned income by 17% simply because of Skimmer. Skimmer has allowed us to break the barriers between work needing to be done, getting the work done, streamlining which techs are assigned which jobs, and making sure we are billing for the work that was done.

With their reporting features by each customer, we could easily see which sites we were not as profitable on, so we were able to make adjustments only for customers and sites and not our entire company.

What is so phenomenal about Skimmer is that while each pool service company shares similarities, each company is unique in how they conduct their day to day operations. The Skimmer software has been written and designed to meet the needs of all pool professionals - regardless of the differences. Each time I reach out with a question that I believe is unique to our company, the Skimmer team listens to the process we use, asks questions for clarification, then offers suggestions on how to use the software to accomplish our current process.

Between the design of the software, the user interface for Administrators, the pool technician experience in the field with the APP, the customer feedback from the email notifications, and the increase in our business and profitability, Skimmer has truly transformed the way we grow and sustain our pool service and repair company.
