I have used Jeff McCormick and Sirius Technologies for over ten years. Jeff quickly and efficiently resolved many software and hardware problems during that time. He rescued me from a ransomware attack without losing any of my data. Jeff installed and maintained my backup and virus protection programs. He built a desktop computer for me that still outperforms my new gaming laptop. Most importantly, he can communicate his technical knowledge and expertise so that I can understand.

I've known Jeff for a long time and he was the first person I thought of when I decided Ito build a new computer.

I wanted a top of the line gaming computer but didn't want to pay the retail price of a prebuilt rig. I talked to Jeff about what I was looking for and he swiftly went into action! He compiled a detailed list of all the components (motherboard, graphics card, CPU, etc.) with lower and higher grade alternatives for each - allowing me to customize and be involved in the whole process. After all the parts were chosen and paid for Jeff handled everything else. He built the computer in his workshop in about 2 hours, installed all the necessary software to get started and ran a benchmark tool to compare my computers performance with others.

Jeff's service and my new computer has far exceeded my expectations and the whole experience was perfect for a guy who LOVES technology but isn't tech savvy.

I'm writing this review now because I ran into a problem with Malware and I contacted Jeff for help. It took a total of 20 min for him to identify the problem and fix it all from his home in AZ (I live in CA).

A great, friendly, and down to earth computer repair service.
