Beware of using this company. We were greatly overcharged on two filings when we had only authorized a small filing charge. Now we are jumping through hoops to get a refund through a third party.

This was once a great place to work with a heavy customer and employee focus.

It was sold to International Exchange who mangled the beautiful company and culture with their selfish money grubbing, people are objects, approach to doing things.

I endured it for a couple years and when I saw things would not get better I changed jobs.

Don’t use this company or software, especially if you’re closing on a weekend and you have a technical error, because they are not open on weekends to help!!! lol

My previous review was deleted which is weird to me. Don't trust this company - they don't take accountability for their mistakes. Took 2 years to get an MOU filed (it actually never ended up being filed) with a particularly county and always placed blame on me instead of taking responsibility for their oversight of not responding to my emails for YEARS. And then when someone finally called me, she was rude!!!!

Simplifile has quickly become a home for me. I haven't been here too long, but it has proven itself quickly to be the best place to work I have ever been at. It is been a wonderful opportunity to continue to build myself personally and professionally, as well as to help the company grow. My co-workers dedication to excellence and unity has been astounding, as well each individuals passion to strive to do better by our clients day by day. I have yet to hear a single complaint from anyone about working conditions or what we accomplish together. It would have more than 5 stars if possible!

This is the only place I've ever worked where every single person you work alongside is friendly, competent, uplifting, motivating, qualified, and respectful. Voices are heard, concerns addressed, and both opinions and daily work are genuinely valued and often acknowledged. Management is phenomenal and nobody is left to feel like they are any less important than anyone else, no matter the department they're in. Working here is a freaking dream.
