1/10 customer service. I believe they use a call center to field their calls unfortunately, because every time i reach out to order signs from them, the guy with the foreign accent who answers the phone is extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. He talks down to customers and laughs at your requests. I will continue to use their competition until they hire someone more professional to answer the phones.
