I am very grateful for this program and all the staff who work there, they are a true blessing! My disabled brother and nephew were both homeless and out in the cold. They had given up and were just trying to survive the best way they knew how, one day at a time.

It takes a community, family, friends, and volunteers to help people with problems. This program along with other community programs, family, friends, and volunteer support helped my nephew get his high school diploma, now getting a drivers license, vocational training and on his way to independence. My brother's health has declined dramatically but thanks to the Shunumite program and staff, he has a warm place to call home. I have very much gratitude and Thanks to each Shunumite staff member for giving them acceptance, hope, encourament, patience, and above all love.

God bless each and everyone who help those who cannot help themselves, our actions speak louder than our words. It is not an easy task to help others with problems, nor is it a quick fix. One must have patience, perseverance, and the ability to help solve problems people have, not make people the problem. That is "unconditional love." The greatest gifts in life are the things that money can't buy.

If you find yourself critical of others, reach out and "volunteer" to help...until we walk in someone else's shoes, we cannot understand their suffering. No one makes a choice to suffer but ignorance, false belief systems or disabilities can be a hindrance to our growth as human beings.

It takes a lot of heart to help others succeed. The staff at shunamite have the biggest hearts I have seen in community programs. They are not only a true blessing, they are Angel's doing God's work, Thank you.🙏

This is a private development for women with disability. They help with paperwork to get you on your feet after being homeless. It does have the home enviorment to put you back in a accommodated lifestyle. The staff is wonderful. You would really be surprised and appreciated.

This place claims to help women…this place is a drug infested all night kick it spot. The staff is completely unfit and uneducated.
