The Shopper Approved App has made a truly positive impact to our company. The program is really easy for our customers to use and they can be confident that the reviews we post are legitimate. I recently received an alert of a problem from SA and the SA team was quick to help me resolve the issue. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and they made sure everything was working to my satisfaction before signing off.

Shopper Approved has been a valuable partner for EcoDirect.com for many years now. They offer honest reviews and highlight the strengths and weaknesses of online purchasing. Reviews come in based on sales, products, customer service, and shipping costs. We get a lot of 4 and 5 star reviews and also a few one star reviews. Why? Because that's reality. You can try, but you can't please everyone.

The folks at Shopper Approved are customer centric 100%. The service is great, however real service shines when there is a problem. And anytime I've encountered an issue or question, they handle it lickety split.

A customer for maybe a decade? Reliable, helpful, great value, and support. I'd recommend for any other enterprise client considering a solid post purchase survey tool.

We've used Shopper Approved for several years now. The initial setup was very straight forward, and our questions were answered quickly and thoroughly, which was a change from poor experiences we'd had elsewhere.
Their team have now added to their services, and I've had no hesitation in moving forward with them, every time with immediate results.
Obviously, I highly recommend them and I'm not quick to do so generally.

Edit: This is in reply to the response below. I think it obscures the fact that ACTUAL customers like myself, and specifically this is MyGiftStop has NO WAY to write a public review. Scott mischaracterizes me as researching and as if I'm being educated but the fact is there is no avenue I can see for me to submit a review WHICH CAN BE VERIFIED, I made a purchase with them. If it's somewhere out there, it's not at all obvious. Enough said. So it is not this picture painted of an open complaint place, I simply have no channel to post an actual experience with a transaction I had with this company publically. Not on my email confirmation, and not when I log in on their website. What do we need to wait for them to invite a review? And will they do that if they know you're already unhappy with your experience? You can't have a review in the first place if you cannot find where to go or even given a place to go to write it even though mine can certainly be verified with the delivered order. And frankly I think their job, for which they are compensated is to help the businesses, NOT the consumers as much as they'd like to paint a picture of a fair and balanced approach, we as customers don't pay them, the businesses do but the channel of communication is not controlled by us. Much like social media is paid for by their advertisers and not us the users. So no I'm not convinced the process is fair and balanced. You could very well have verified reviews and those reviews can be selected, if nothing else by virtue of just how impossible it is to find where to write a review of the business. Since I cannot find any place to submit a review I am highly suspicious of this claim. So where praytell is ANY place to review MyGiftStop?

And if I can't find it after actively looking why would I believe the ones on Google which are published under Shopper Approved are coming from and statistically representing real people? If it's verified I for one am happy to have my order number referenced,I don't see the reviews for them with such a reference but it actually reads rather generically, a third party unknown to me is saying it's verified and wants to "educate me", that's all I know. The education that's relevant in my mind is statistics and the idea of a selective sample, the only way to know anybody is NOT doing this is if they are completely transparent with their communication process.

I'm sure they do a great job at helping Ecommerce sites but the reviews on those sites end up being skewed and presents a false image to consumers trying to research these businesses. One online retailer I'm trying to leave a review for does not have the option to review them available on Google, (but you can read positive reviews that miraculously appear from somewhere) YouTube comments turned off, and the only positive reviews are from Shopper Approved. When I look up Shopper Approved there is no place to leave a review, but does mention as one of their services (to businesses) as "reputation management." Seems more like approve shopper or in other words pick and choose the (positive) reviews which defeats the whole idea of a rating. So in essence, from the consumer perspective is they twist the presentation of the truth and I guess sell that to businesses as a service. From now on if I see Shopper Approved I will equate that with fake rating and judge the business accordingly. After all real reviews would have a real name rather than a generic one like that right? But I guess many businesses don't necessarily care about the truth just want to manage their reputation. Maybe they have some trick up their sleeve to delete this review of themselves.
