If you're thinking about using shipday for your restaurant deliveries, "Don't" The support is non-existent. They never call back or respond to questions or real-time for delivery issues. I tried canceling the service, and the only way to do it downgrade to the free version and pay one month service fee I
This company has no real customer service. I do not recommend their services.

The system has been working very well for us! We need our front-end software to fix the API connection so we can get more specific order details, but on the Shipday side, we love what we have seen so far! And still so much more we can utilize.

IF I COULD LEAVE A ZERO I would. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! We started with such high hopes for Shipday as we explored delivery service options for our florist. The initial engagements seemed positive and the team responsive. BUT THEN. We were having difficulty aligning our delivery needs with a new POS and Shipday. the integration between Shipday and Square consistently failed so we tried Shopify as well. SAME problem. We reached a point of fatique and decided to revert back to an industry program that could manage the complexities of flower shop delivery. That was AUGUST. NOW ALMOST SIX MONTHS LATER we are still paying for SHIPDAY services. When we call, chat, email to try to deactivate, delete or at this point even reduce to a lower monthly plan so it would be cheaper until we can get this resolved we get the same circuitous response IF we get a response at all. At this point we have paid hundreds in unused and unnecessary fees with no resolution. My only option now is to seek a block on charges with my credit card provider, which I am doing. I will also be logging a complaint with our state's attorney general's office. I rarely leave negative reviews and I am incredibly hesitant to call any business a scam but this company is NOT WORTH. RUN AWAY FROM THIS AS FAST AS YOU CAN! There are many other reputable, honest companies out there. DO NOT USE SHIPDAY!

Shipday has by far helped grow our company more than we can imagine. With all the features and capabilities of Shipday we’re able to keep tabs on all orders, drivers, payouts, restaurants reports and much more. The best thing about this is the care that’s put into this application constantly perfecting it. We have browsers many apps before Shipday and none of them come close to it. Especially with all the active integrations they have live. Ubereats, chowly, toast, and even more. Thank you Shipday!!

Shipday's representative has been calling our small business 2x daily for almost 3 weeks. They have been asked repeatedly to stop calling, and to send communication via email so that we can look over the information, and set up a meeting if we are interested. We are a skeleton crew, with owners also the operation management, we simply cannot be pulled off the floor for these calls. The rep has been informed as much on each call.

The representative refuses to send an email, in her own words "no, I did not send email" when asked if she has yet. Her response has been "we have 5 star reviews, it'll save you money." then she skirts the question of an email.

If you are trying to make a sale, but cannot or simply refuse to send a corporate email, from a corporate email address, you most likely are not someone any business will or should deal with.
