Shepherd has been such an easy process to convert from a paper record clinic to veterinary software. They are always available if I have a question and I feel supported through everything. While I would love to tweak the diagnoses and problems lists, I feel that it is much more intuitive than other cloud based software I have used.

We have been using Shepherd for approximately 7-8 months since launching our pop-up low-cost vaccination operation. With our unique model, we needed a cloud based software that could meet our needs while out in the field. Shepherd has certainly answered the bell. We have been impressed by all staff members we’ve had the pleasure to work with. They have made every effort to make sure our concerns have been addressed. Lastly the software is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate!

I absolutely love this software! It is very easy to use. I love the seamless process between scheduling to invoice. The clinical portion, SOAP notes, is just awesome. The program has been a delight to work with. From the beginning, Christine Hinds was very helpful with our onboarding and Kristy Schultz was very helpful with our clinic build. I couldn't have done it without Kristy! We have learned a lot with Shepherd and are continuing to build on this knowledge. I can't thank Shepherd enough for all of the troubleshooting and compassion shown throughout this process! I highly recommend this software to any size of veterinary clinic.

Switched over to Shepherd after researching several other cloud-based software systems. None of them checked as many boxes as Shepherd did as far as what we needed for our practice. We love the care we receive from everyone there, the software has increased our previous workflow issues, and it has helped our management team SO much with other issues we were having with previous software. We love it!

We started using Shepherd Veterinary Software in February 2024. From the preliminary introduction to Shepherd, to onboarding and training with our primary contact, December, and now as we are using the system every day we are very pleased with what this software program has to offer our practice. We are nearing our 1 year mark since transitioning to Shepherd systems. I was very nervous at the beginning of the process, however, their team was extremely interactive and informative. Love this software, easy to use and love how everything has a place. We use the discharge documents to help with client education. As a mobile practitioner having shepherd pay is indispensable if we have to run an additional test or add on medication. Also the quick response to any chat with questions is amazing and something not found with other software. Shepherd is constantly evolving and sometimes that comes with some growing pains but they are on top of issues and fixes.
