Would not recommend. They damaged my yard on pick up, which they decided they could still do after a rain. Called to ask what they intended to do and was basically told, it is what it is.

Apperently my review was deleted. Shelton Sanitation ran over my dogs on a DEAD END ROAD only to show absolutely no sympathy.. i never once recieved an Im sorry just an offer to cancel my service knowing I have no other choice.

Update.. i still never recieved any type of sympathy but the past two weeks the driver has finally slowed down.. just sucks it took me causing chaos for it to happen

I joined the military and called these people about canceling my service. A year later and I'm still getting bills because they continued to run to an empty house and charged me while I was in basic for a service I had called to cancel. I'm pretty sure it's illegal but I'm just a regular Joe and can't afford a lawyer for no $20 charge. If you want professionalism use one of the other sanitation companies in the area
