I called and set an appointment to have my car inspected prior to returning it to the dealer. The initial interaction was pleasant, and the appointment was scheduled with relative ease. I was told that I would be receiving a confirmation email for the appointment.

I never received that email, but I assumed that it was just a reminder. I took a day off from work to prepare my car for the inspection. One hour after the scheduled time of the appointment, I decided to call the company to see if the technician was running late. I was then told that the appointment had never been set because I never returned a phone call from the company to confirm the appointment. They even supposedly left me a message. After looking through my calling records, I confirmed that I had not received a call or message. I even went through my trash and spam folders for my email to see if I received an email. I was resigned to set an appointment for 3 weeks later, and the dispatcher then ended the call before I was able to ask a few more questions.

Overall I have not had a pleasant experience with this company. Make sure that you call repeatedly to receive any confirmation from them for your appointment.
