Terrible Experience - Do Not Trust Ryan Davis

I had an awful experience with this company, and specifically with Ryan Davis. He made numerous promises during his sales pitch, but none of them were kept. Ryan is a liar who does not follow through on his word. The landing page and ads they created was subpar made by Philippines employees, and the services provided were ineffective. Despite their assurances, they took my money without delivering the promised results. Save yourself the trouble and avoid working with Ryan Davis and this company.

As a business owner of a million-dollar pressure washing company and a coach to over 70 entrepreneurs, I had high hopes when I contacted Service Legend for our marketing needs. Unfortunately, my experience with them has been nothing short of a complete disaster, and I feel compelled to share my story so it can be seen as warning.

From the beginning, Service Legend made bold promises - a 10x return on our marketing spend, and boatloads of leads. Naively, I agreed to a $1,800/mo in service fees and another $2,000/mo in ad spend. Little did I know that it would turn out to be a costly mistake. As it stands now, we have given them close to $8,000 and have be unable to land a single job from their low quality leads.

Rather than receiving valuable and targeted leads for our businesses, we were bombarded with what seemed like random contacts. The leads we did receive showed no intention of purchasing our services, leaving us with nothing but wasted time and resources. It was evident that Service Legend had failed to deliver on their commitments.

As someone well-versed in sales and marketing, it became painfully obvious that Service Legend's tactics were nothing more than smoke and mirrors. Their false promises and lack of integrity have severely affected our new concrete coating business. It is clear that they are more interested in taking our hard-earned money than in providing any genuine value. The same is to be said about Cardinal Coatings, their sister coating company. Their tactics are to badger low intention leads with swaths of emails and text messages until they book an estimate appointment. From there, they use sleazy sales tactics to sell people floors who can’t afford them thru financing. This is unethical and no way I would ever run my business.

Despite multiple attempts to communicate our dissatisfaction, Service Legend remained unresponsive and unsympathetic. They refused to refund our investment or even offer an apology for their abysmal performance. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and lack of accountability only further solidified our belief that they are nothing but a scam.

In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone considering Service Legend for their marketing needs to think twice. Their dishonesty, deceitful practices, and failure to deliver on promises are a recipe for disaster. As a business owner and coach, I advise you to steer clear of Service Legend to protect your business from financial losses. My experience with them has been a harsh lesson, and I hope that my review serves as a warning to others seeking trustworthy and effective marketing solutions.
