I am very satisfied with the service I received at this place. My laptop was repaired here, and thanks to the expertise of Mr. Padilla, I am now able to continue using it with much better performance.

The diagnosis revealed that the battery needed to be replaced, an electronic card was installed to improve speed, and a memory cleaning was performed. All of this significantly improved how my computer runs.

I brought my computer in, thinking it needed a screen replacement. Serditech went out of their way to find my uncommon screen size, but it turned out the issue was something minor. Instead of charging me for a replacement I didn’t actually need, they fixed it for much less. It’s hard to find an honest business these days, but Serditech is definitely one you can trust.

I also had my daughter’s iPad repaired here a while back and had a great experience. Their professionalism, honesty, and top-notch service keep me coming back, and I’ll keep recommending them to everyone. Thanks again!
