Worst experience I’ve ever had with ANY business in my entire life.
I’m the summer when our AC wasn’t working they cancelled on us MULTIPLE times not just once or twice. Lied to us by promising us multiple things that did not happen. Pretty sure they broke our initial outdoor unit that was shipped during transport into our yard since I heard a loud crash outside but then 10min later called me outside to say they “clearly we could not have done that damage”. Talked shit about my husband when they thought I couldn’t hear. FINALLY, they did an AWFUL installation job. Apart from how it physically looks- they cut corners that cost us heat in our house for weeks this winter. They then wanted to charge us and make us wait way longer for THEIR mistakes.

Great first experience with Sensible Solutions. They were prompt, even offering to arrive earlier than scheduled to take a look at our troubled HVAC.
Steven and Lydia operate this small family business. Personable and professional, they left us with the feeling of trust and confidence that we had hoped for. We intend to enroll in an annual maintenance plan on top of the repairs required.
Highly recommend this company that is one certified and recognized by our home warranty company.

When I saw the reviews of this business, I was slightly skeptical. No one normally has great reviews like this. After meeting with Steve- I totally understand now. You can tell he cares about his company and his clients. I’m a renter, so dealing with my landlord and her home warranty and the repairs to our home (built in 1963) is stressful. I’m thankful for Steve to explaining the approval process, the repairs and getting our air conditioner back in working order. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience working with Sensible Solutions. Steven and his wife communicated very well and were very honest with everything. They had a new A/C condenser installed within days of coming out to see what was wrong. I would definitely recommend them for any HVAC issues.
