The platform is also expensive. It's crucial to explore other options before choosing SellerCloud, as migrating away is challenging once you're reliant on them for daily operations. While the account managers and support staff are pleasant, their ability to resolve issues is lacking, and solutions can take days or even months.

Why am I giving 5 stars? Sellercloud offers straightforward pricing that’s readily available and easy to find on their website...while that is appreciated in this day in age, the cherry on top is it’s affordable. Sellercloud is going to be a catalyst in the preservation of the American dream due to its affordable and assistive nature in the way that it allows a business the capability to scale. Having a management tool for our production has allowed us to keep the lights on the last year. It’s allowed us to track our supply chain like we never could before. We’ve recognized front end-back end disconnects that have allowed us to streamline our procurement and production. With time this will get buried deep within 5 star reviews but if at this moment you’re on the fence and don’t know if you need help....take the hand and in 5 years, have a little toast to your success and keep on going.

I have been using Seller Cloud for "4" years now, working for 2 totally different business environments. I have yet to find something that does so much as this does. From inventory to listing to customer service & accounting, so many marketplaces so inclusive.

They are constantly adding new features and customize it to your exact business needs.

Online selling is very complex, as every market place has their own guidelines & integrations that constantly change and at the same time each of Seller Clouds clients wants something unique for them, not an easy task.

All those that complain about this program are either wannabe competitors or have not tried anything else before to see how this is their best option.

Horrible experience for us. Wish we never signed up with them. Their team spent 3 months working on a plug that was quoted to take only 2.5 hours. Took 6 months just for us to live. Now more issues and we have to go offline again. Inexperienced tech team that does not care about the loss in sales you experience while you are down waiting for them to fix simple issues. Worst decision we've ever made! Don't get sold by their fancy features because you'll probably never get to use them.

Technical support is knowledgeable and responds quickly via e-mail or phone. The SellerCloud programs that we use including the shipping and receiving package is easy to use, fast and reliable. Seller Cloud has a wiki on their website where i can find most answers to my "How To" problems. Most companies I've worked with in the past just leave you waiting for a return call or email. Seller Cloud is a GO!

We have integrated with couple of other inventory management software companies but didn't work out. Seller Cloud works perfectly for our needs and they have the best support and customization is always welcome by Seller Cloud. Our inventory update works with ALL across the board,(we sell on many unknown marketplaces/deal sites) and they had no problem developing some plugins for certain marketplaces as needed.
We looked at ChannelAdvisor but they were asking for over $10,000/month for our current volume. We are so glad we got Seller Cloud, we are paying way less than ChannelAdvisor and it works as good if not better.

Highly recommended to all online sellers and e-commerce companies.

Lots of high tech, glitchy features with very little support. Responses take way too long. Furthermore, a stroll through these reviews and responses from the owner attacking his customers- publicly- tells you a lot about how they value the consumer of their service. Would avoid.
