dare una stella a questo posto mi sembra troppo.
Il lavoro è noioso e ripetitivo, l'ambiente di lavoro non è meglio.
Bisogna stare su pronto da quando si entra fin quando si esce, anche per pratiche che il sistema rende lunghe, questo irrita il cliente che a sua volta inizia a criticare gli operatori che poverini, sono costretti ad ascoltare non solo le lamentele perché gli addetti al ritiro ingombranti non sono passati, ma anche per la lentezza del sistema.
Ho visto molta molta falsità, sorrisi davanti e sparlare dietro quando i diretti interessati non c'erano.
Furbate che non sto qui ad elencare.
L'unica cosa positiva, nelle pause ho conosciuto qualche collega in gamba che difatti come me, hanno voluto andare via e siamo rimasti in contatto, a cui hanno provato a fare dispetti perché si opponevano o semplicemente non davano considerazione a determinate dinamiche.
Ecco, questo merita una stella.
Aver visto il tentativo della super visor (falsissima) di fare giochetti e dispetti e dall'altra parte vedere che non solo non ci è riuscita ma rimaneva anche fregata dal dispetto che lei stessa aveva tentato di attuare.
Purtroppo per pochi colleghi che escono fuori dal meccanismo ce ne sono molti dietro che accettano questa situazione.
Il mio cuore si stringeva a vederli....
Pensarli ancora li, al telefono con quello che strilla ed ingiuria..... ma come si fa?
D'altronde la serietà si vede fin dall'inizio. Firmi un contratto di 20 ore ma ti "chiedono" di farne 30. Come te lo chiedono? Prima di firmare il contratto devi firmare che farai 30 ore!!! Non aggiungo altro
