I was treated so rudely by “Heaven” in the rescheduling office I am leaving you guys this one star review to own forever.
4/2/25
2:48pm-2:53pm

I need to reschedule on behalf of A D*** we are having 60 mph wind gusts and rain so it’s not safe to be on the roof.

“We don’t reschedule with contractors the day of”

This would be the first time this has happened I have always rescheduled in the past for severe weather

“It’s a new policy”

…ok so then you guys are having one of your inspectors climb in tornadoes and 60 mph wind with rain? NWS is literally showing it, a quick google search away as 70mph right now as we speak

“Sir no one is forcing him onto a roof”

Enjoy your one star comment Heaven!!! Must be nice working in that air conditioned safe office!!!

I didn’t choose to use this company but my insurance sent them to perform inspection. Person who did inspection told my contractor that my roof is fine and he don’t see any damage. Me and my contractor didn’t agree with him as we had ping pong size hail in my area and 75% roofs on my street are already replaced. I requested another inspection from my insurance company and now I have new roof and gutters.

Seek now was used on my home contracted through State Farm with rep Aaron Harrington assessing the damage done to my house. Aaron said to my contractor and I “ I was unable to get on the backside of the roof because i didn’t have my proper boots.” The main hail damage was done to the back side where the storms came through. Aaron went ahead and submitted his report that there wasn’t enough damage to get the roof replaced.

What are we doing here? If seek now can’t perform a full and proper inspection but still submit a report that there wasnt enough damage to replace or repair isn’t that considered fraud? My contractor was standing right next to me when we told us he couldn’t examine the back side and I also got it on video. I will not be letting this go.

Austin Mason demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout the entire process. He arrived promptly, ensuring that everything was handled efficiently and on time. His ability to answer any questions I had was remarkable, and he took the time to explain each detail thoroughly, making sure I fully understood the process. In addition, he went above and beyond by teaching me a few key insights that I hadn't considered, adding significant value to the experience.

Austin's expertise was evident in the way he conducted the inspection. He was meticulous, paying attention to every detail while ensuring that the process moved smoothly and without delay.

Overall, Austin represented the company with the utmost professionalism and dedication. His commitment to delivering high-quality service was apparent, and I left the inspection feeling confident and well-informed. He is a true asset to the company, and I would highly recommend his services based on the exceptional job he did.

This company was sent out to do an inspection for state farm after a hail storm caused damage to my property. I don't even no where to begin. This hail was very larger and damaged my pole barn as well as my newly constructed house. I arranged for my roofing contractor to be present during the inspection as I was unable to be present due to my work schedule. My father (Mark Malkovich) as well as Andrew Casillas were present when Christopher Anderson arrived to do the inspection of my property. Christopher proceeded to do the inspection of the house and once on the roof admitted to Andrew as well as my father there is very apparent damage to my roof, gutters and vent cap for my gas fireplace. He took numerous photos documenting the damage and stated he would send it on to state farm. He also stated there was hail damage all over the roof shingles. I finally hear back from state farm and the information they received from seek now showed no damage to the house at all. I was absolutely stunned how this could happen. I questioned my adjuster Taylor Bowie how this could be possible and she stated that the inspectors at seek now are "experts" and they have to go off the findings reported to them by seek now. I requested a copy of the inspection from seek now and she refused to provide me with that report. She said it was an "internal document" and could not be shared with me. I contacted seek now directly and requested a report from them and they also refused to provide me with the report. I spoke with a gentlemen named Dominique at seek now and he stated that was their policy and I should contact Taylor for the report. Neither seek now or Taylor would provide me with the report from them. The only thing I could get Taylor to say about the report was there was "no damage found." If seek now mission is to gather and provide accurate data to the insurance company they clearly failed. I finally got a report after filing a complaint with the Illinois department of insurance. Seek now blatantly lied in the report submitted to state farm. Not only did they omit photos of damage Christopher Anderson put in his report no one else was present during the inspection which was also a lie. My contractor as well as my father were both physically present while he was there doing the inspection. This company has to be one of the most unethical companies I have ever dealt with. The only other recourse I have now is to hire an attorney to attempt to hold this sham of a company responsible. I am speaking with an attorney now to see what my options are. If your insurance company want to send these people out avoid them like the plague. I honestly don't know how they go to sleep at night ripping people off like they do. Can't wait to hear a response about this. I am going to attach some pictures of the damage to my property for all to see. Also, all of my neighbors got their roof replaced some of which had roofs 20 years old. None of the other people had the pleasure of dealing with seek now. I've got no response or acknowledgement from anyone at seek now about their incredibly inaccurate report they sent to state farm. If they want to be transparent about their work and or inspections they do for the insurance company why would they refuse to provide you with a copy of their report. I'll go ahead and answer the question for them....it's because the only reason they get these contracts with insurance companies is to deny legitimate insurance claims screwing people out of what should be made whole. I'm extremely skeptical of ANY positive reviews left for this company. The reason I say this is my roofing contractor told me he had multiple other cases like mine with legitimate damage and seek now straight out lied so the insurance companies did not have to pay out claims. Still waiting for a response..........

They don't deserve a star at all!!!!!

I have had the absolute worst experience with this company. They are impossible to keep an appointment with. They cancel, cancel cancel. But...they call, call, call and bug the crap out of you but can't offer appointments. They've had ample time and great weather considering the location to come and look. Meanwhile, I still have a roof that needs work, and because of the pitch of my roof, this circus is the only company of 2 my insurance company uses. Most of their agents do not speak clear English, so that's another thorn. So fed up!!

If given the option, do not use this company.

I'm giving them one star, bacause a zero star rating isn't an option.

My homeowners insurance contracted seeknow to come inspect my roof after a wind storm blew a few shingles off. The inspector did not seem interested in the damaged area and even complained that he had to remove the tyvec patch to look at the area. He only took one picture of the damaged area, a close-up of a nail that wasnt fully seated, in a spot where a shingle used to be. He spent more time lifting every other shingle and taking pictures of a torn shingle on the opposite side of the roof.

Their amature inspection led to a misleading report to my insurance company. Which resulted in a denied claim. Six weeks later, and a second inspection from a competent inspector, and my insurance company is covering the damage.

Wonderful experience when present for an inspection of my dad’s roof because he had to work at the time of the appointment. The employee was punctual, friendly, and informative. My dad’s roof is pretty steep and he had no issues climbing and taking detailed pictures that provided the insurance agent with what was needed to be able to proceed with his claim.
