This was grand reopening celebration after 2+ years of repair from Hurricane Ian. The team has done a fantastic job. Totally rehabilitated and allnew furniture, appliances and flooring. Can't wait to check in in couple of weeks.

If you want to get away and relax in a beautiful setting - this is it. Seawatch is a quality, well-maintained property with an accomodating staff. Our 1-bedroom had a great view of the Gulf from the large screened balcony. The furniture and bed were very comfortable. Appliances were all in great shape. All of the pool chairs, umbrellas, tables, and gas grilles were in great shape - the pool chairs looked new. Weather was beautiful and sunny during our stay. We enjoyed the white sand beach and warm gulf water. Just an excellent stay!

We had a great stay at this beautiful resort from 12-5 - 12-12-20. Our 1br oceanfront room was very spacious with 2 full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. We had a large comfortable balcony that was great to watch the gorgeous sunsets!! ||Amazing staff who works hard to keep this resort clean and running efficiently. The pool area is fantastic as it’s right on the beach with a beautiful Gulf view! We totally enjoyed our stay here and hope to return again!!

WOW! What a wonderful location for a winter vacation. We were blessed to be on the top floor with a beautiful sunset and ocean view. Our room was clean and well organized. There are several great restaurants within a few miles, some within walking distance. Publix is only 1.5 miles away. The beach is wide, beautiful sand with room to explore or for solitude. Our visit was in mid-December with high temps in the min 80s. This would be great location for couples or small families.

My husband and I have rented here twice. We were unable to book thru Hilton GV, so we booked through VRBO. We rented one bed, two bath with a kitchen. We really like everything about this property. It is quiet, conveniently located, and right on the beach. The decor is coastal and comfortable. My only wish was a better check in process. Both times we struggled to get in the property and no one was there to help. |

The rooms are very well maintained the one bedroom units have a huge patio facing the gulf. Expansive beach. Very friendly staff, check-in process was wonderful. Make sure you sign up for their texting service in case you need anything. However an agreement has been reached within an adjoining property you can go right next door and use their pool until the renovation is complete.

When I booked this resort, I was not sure what to expect but am already making plans to go back next summer..||We elected to go with a 2 bedroom condo rather than a 1 bedroom and for the few dollars it was nice to have the extra space. ||The One Bedroom Condos have a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico while the view varies in the 2 bedrooms. The 2 bedroom units that end in 01 and 06 view is mostly of the of the street and while you can see the Gulf, it is not nearly as good as the units ending in 02 and 05.. ||The resort offers all the things you come to expect, a well equipped room and a staff who is ready to do what they can to make your time very relaxing. A small game room with Pool, a Few arcade games, and Ping Pong, a very nice pool, Hot Tub, and 5 propane BBQ grills. There are plenty of activities for the kids that allow Mom and Dad or Grandma and Grandpa a little extra time to just relax. ||My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful stroll along the beach - It is about 5 miles to the pier and 4 miles to Lovers Key Beach. Seawatch on the beach is located in the quieter side of Fort Myers Beach which if you are here to relax, you will appreciate...

I’ll start off with the positive, the room and view are beautiful.
If your looking for peace and quiet this isn’t the place and unfortunately for me
I wasted my holidays, the noise was unbearable from 7am -10 pm screaming children, loud music and adults inside and out. Took over the whole pool area. So if our ownership was based on this place, We would have saved ourselves thousands of dollars .
I’m going home more stressed then when I came.
