Tim came to my rescue when my old laptop suddenly crashed.
His fast thinking landed me a MSI laptop at a bargain price!
I rely on my computer for work. If the computer does not work I do not have the means to perform my job.

I needed to replace my two old, slow laptops with a new one and wanted to transfer the data from those two onto a new one. With limited funds, and no knowledge of what type of computer to purchase, I contacted Tim, due to his great reviews. He listened to my concerns, and spent hours doing research to find me the perfect computer for my needs. He transferred all of my data onto the new computer and assisted me with my software needs as well. I had a serious computer problem where I ended up having to completely replace my hard disk. Tim was able to make my computer operate much faster. With his knowledge and expertise he was able to recommend a disk drive with a lot more space. Once he did this he assisted me in restoring programs and software used. We then had to contact the software company and Tim was always very patient, helpful, kind and courteous. Since I was 7 months pregnant, he even offered me food to make sure baby was ok being that we had to wait hours on the phone as these calls can become pretty lengthy. I really appreciate this very much, not everyone goes above and beyond to take care of their customers.

I strongly recommend Tim to anyone who has a computer issue. I know for sure he will take care of you just like he managed to serve my needs. Even after computer was up and running, he continues to check up on it to make sure there are no problems with not only the computer but the anti-virus software program he even helped me installed.

I had a great experience with Tim. My laptop was super slow. Tim is extremely knowledgeable, attentive and helpful, it was a delight to work with him. He fixed the problem added on a great antivirus program and my computer is faster then ever and works great. All this was done at a very, very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Tim is wonderful and so competent. His rates are very fair and he basically guarantees his work. If there is any problem, he will fix it. He is also very patient with someone (me) who doesn't understand and he will take the time to explain what the problem is and what the solution is. I have used other computer services and Tim is the best I have found!
