Scale Tech is the most fantastic IT team in the world! They constantly monitor our systems and keep everything updated and backed up so we don't have to worry about that ever again. They really shine though when we encounter a problem or have set-up issues. As soon as I let them know we have an issue they have someone on it and get it taken care of--usually in just minutes, not hours or even days! Everyone I have dealt with there has been extremely helpful but Seth & Dave just cannot be beat. Of course they are super-skilled & knowledgeable about all things IT, but they also operate with integrity and think outside the box, two things I really appreciate. If there is not a common or known fix to a situation, they put their heads together and create their own while making it look like child's play! Let me add also, we have dealt with several others in addressing IT problems or attempting to upgrade equipment but Scale Tech has proven to be leaps & bounds over all of them.
