I normally don’t make reviews, but I have been a customer for years. I was paying $32 plus tax starting out for 1 trash can. Recently, it has gone up and now almost $75 for 1 can. I called today to cancel and no one even cared. You would think being a loyal customer for years you would at least get asked why or what can we do to change your mind. Nope, all they said was, “Okay, your service is cancelled, goodbye.” I don’t ever post bad reviews, but this is just ridiculous.

My husband called today to cancel our service after years of doing business with them. I don't know how long. Probably 10 years . Always in auto draft. Never late...we were good customers. No, questions as to why, no thank you for your business just really matter of fact and rude. Well I will tell you why. They have priced themselves right out of business with us. And now that I know how much they never even appreciated it I sure wish we had done it sooner.

Ordered and paid for a dumpster on 9/12. Was told delivery would be 3-4 days after that. It is now 9/23. No dumpster, no ability for the person answering the phone to tell me when its going to arrive. Nothing like having to move trash twice. Should back charge them for the labor it is going to cost.

I have had Sanitation Solutions service for 15 years. Never late on a bill, but when they lost the service for Chandler, they stopped collecting my service as well (I live outside the city limits, the contract with Chandler had no effect on my location. No call, no letter, nothing. They just stopped collecting. 1 month later, I cant get in contact with them, their trash can is still waiting to be picked up. Very unprofessional. I will make sure everyone I know knows how they have treated my neighborhood. Wish I could give 0 stars.

They forgot to empty our second dumpster at the apartment complex I manage. One simple phone call to Sanitation Solutions and they sent a truck back to take care of their mistake. Excellent prompt service!

Do not know how to be consistent in time of pick up. Usually go through neighborhood between 9:30 am and 2 pm but decide on a lark to enter neighborhood at 6:35 am and pick up at or before 7 am. Total disregard for appropriate time consistency.

They’re employees make a special effort to put the empty trash containers on the edge of the road. Not 5 or 10 ft off the road where they would be safe from vehicle traffic, but right on the very edge of the road. Whats amazing is how consistent they are. Takes special effort and training.
