I had the BEST experience at T-Mobile in Sam's Club Chino Hills! Omar Hassan. Mobile Expert, helped me with a complicated situation of multiple cell phones across different cell phone plans. Not only did he get me the best deals, with even better upgrades, he also provided me with amazing customer service! He is kind, patient, friendly, and easy to work with. This is definitely the only T-Mobile location I will be visiting!

I'm so highly disappointed at this location. I am now disabled and they hardly have any riding carts, then when it's one available, it's not charged up. I go to the Sam's by the Mills and they have plenty of riding carts and always charged. But I shouldn't have to leave my area just to be able to go to the same store just to use what I need to get around the store. I called to complain about this issue and the person on the phone acted like they didn't care and I just wanted them to get the word across to the manager to see if they can do better about this situation. I tried pushing a cart since I really needed to go in the store and they had no working riding carts for the disabled. I hurt my wrist so bad pushing that cart. I was in pain all day. I can never do that again plus I had to sit somewhere to rest because I couldn't do that while walk. Hopefully the manager do better by getting more riding carts and keeping those they have charged. It's very inconvenient for me especially paying for a plus membership but can't enjoy using the store in Chino

I tend to not leave bad reviews because you never know it could just be an off day but I've had multiple just negative experiences at this location
One case I ordered pizza over phone 3 hrs prior let them know when I would be able to pick it up I arrived still had to wait 35 mins in line as there isn't a separate line for phone orders just to be told they simply forgot to put it in
The more recent case was an older lady employee was just rude in my interaction with her she must've not seen the view of my phone open on the sams club app as I'm walking in the store now I'll give her this I had my headphones in and couldn't really hear much of anything else so I didn't hear her calling out to me I just going on my way until she deemed it important enough to go out her way to grab my arm to prove I could shop as if I don't need to scan my card when I buy something anyway
As I was pulling it up to show her she just waved it off and went back to her post

I’m very disappointed at Sam’s Club in Chino, I really want to give this location 0 star cause bad customer service and the manager seems like don’t care even I went to explain the problem.
I purchased 3 items from the apps, when I check them out at the exit gate, The old lady, her name is GiGi who work on 12/10 around 5:45pm, put my blueberries on top of the trash can when she scanned all my items. I told her she should not put my fruit on there cause of food contaminated, but she was upset, rude, and has some attitude like she doesn’t care. This is not right, I paid for this blueberries, she didn’t give them to me for free, how come she treats me like this! Then I came to manager, her name is Mellisa or Megena that I don’t remember exactly, she didn’t say sorry or apologize when this happens to me. She just said I will talk to GiGi. I feel like they’re all in one, no matter what the customers complain about their employees, they think the customers make up the story. That’s why the manager doesn’t care and ignored us. This location should train their employees how to serve and have knowledge about food safety too.

Did not pick the correct items, did not pick the right quantity. Please teach and train in the art of picking properly. Messed up the family christmas photo. Ordered on the December 8th. Missed delivery dates then incomplete pick.
