If you don't mind waiting more than 30 days (usually longer) to get paid, this is a great way to make some extra money. Like many other reviewers have said, once the company changed names, the payment process became horrendous.

Previously, you would do a study and be given a Visa gift card as you left the facility. The reward has now moved to an online point system, with both quick online surveys, as well as in-person studies. After completing the activity, points are loaded into your account for you to redeem on store gift cards, virtual Visa gift cards, or physical gift cards.

The first in-person study I did on the new system had points loaded to my account within 24 hours and I redeemed them for a physical Visa gift card. Mistake! It took almost 8 weeks to receive the card. This time, I completed a study in mid April and was told points would be in my account within 48 hours. The points didn't arrive until almost 8 days, multiple emails, and several phone calls. When they did arrive, I chose the virtual Visa gift card because that definitely shouldn't take long to receive. Wrong! Granted it's only been 18 days since I requested the gift card, but it's status is still listed as "processing."

I've really enjoyed the various studies I've done with 20 20 Research/ Focus Group/ Sago over the past (10?) years, but it's no longer fun and rewarding. This massive delay in payment is going to result in me no longer participating.

If you want to get paid go somewhere else. They have made it absolutely impossible to get paid. And when I talk to the people on the phone they don't care one bit. So stairway folk.

I see, I'm not.
The only one but they are ripping people off and probably getting paid from the people who contracted them.

participated in a focus group a month ago and am still waiting for the incentive/payment. They say it would be 10 days at the most, but here 30 days after and still no payment. Just FYI

Update, After this post they sent the incentive/payment. So we are complete. Thank you.

Well I can only give Sago 10+ stars, they are very much a legit company, they are super easy to work with. That being said, I've never had a problem with them. I've done several surveys and focus groups for them,and I've always been paid.I absolutely love this company and truly can't say enough good about them.Very friendly, compassionate and easy to work for. I promise this is not a paid review, I'm doing this on my own accord. I'm giving this review because it's the truth and I want people to know this isn't a fake non paying group, the least I've made is 50 - 200 is the most, don't know anyone that couldn't use the extra money right now. You can get a visa gift card or any gift card you want, from any store or restaurant you can think of... So,are you still reading my review or are you signing up yet? I promise, it will be the best survey site you can sign up for, hands down..Thank you for everything Sago. Fan for life.❤️

I did a group study on Nov 20, 2023 we were told that our virtual wallet would be approved over for payment that evening. It is now December 4 and we have not received our money, they won’t answer the phone focus/sago said their not responsible for paying us but the service was rendered through them and their no help. I’m going to report them to the BBB and take action against them. It’s not fair that we took 9 hrs to do a study and not get paid for it. They should be ashamed.

I did a focus group about a year ago and to get compensated I have to get into the website. I tried everything changing my passwordit will not let me in to get paid.
I called and texted the company many times over the last year with no respons, Whatsoever I suggest just passing on these guys.

I ordered my physical card for my "incentive", which was $100 on October 4th. It is now October 23rd, and Im still WAITING on my card. I've tried to contact them several times and no response. I checked my account and it said it was paid.. I've moved since then, so I know I'm never getting my money

I completed a survey where I was to get $150.00 incentive. When I tried to retrieve the incentive online, I got a code that states Invalid. so I cannot move forward to get incentive. I have contacted the help desk as well as the representative that initially contacted me for they survey and I get no help. I will never do another survey for them and would advise same. I have called and emailed per their reply and have not had anyone contact me for payment.
