If you are selling, buying or renting your home I highly recommend this company. You will not find better real estate company in AK. You will be not only satisfied, but happy that you did business with them.

I am an active-duty service member with 19 years in service. We are stationed out of AK. As soon as I called their office, they started the process immediately. Mr. Briley personally went to the property to do initial walk through. The same day they gave us professional and realistic way ahead of the marketing process. On the day two home was listed on all real estate websites. Team was readily available to show the property to potential buyers even during christmas holiday season. As a result, we had our offer on the first days of January. Roy Briley negotiated the selling price over than listed price, somehow. The property needed minor cosmetic fixtures. Mr. Briley and his team made it happen again within couple of days. The price was the fraction of the AK contractor market price. Believe me, we do our due diligence before letting anyone to work in our house. Closing was painless and easy. We closed fast, paid off the remainder of our mortgage, and got paid staying in lower48 within one day of closing.

We owned our property in AK since 2012 and unfortunately had to PCS out in 2014. Roy Briley and his team managed our property between 2014-2023. During my multiple deployments I had a piece of mind knowing that my house is in Good Hands. We did have some ups and downs with tenants. If you are renting you know that this is inevitable. But my house was managed professionally, mortgage payments paid on time, team members would actually generate solutions and keep me informed with any issues major or minor. There are lots of "retired military realtors" in AK who will tell you that the only mission of their life is to "serve" the service members. We worked with couple of those "prior military" realtors and we learned that most of what they say is nothing but fluff. They are far from being genuine and their only mission is THEIR bottom line. Mr. Briley and Co talk business only. They say what they mean. He personally addresses the issues which requires his involvement. Additionally, he personally briefs the customer of outcome or way ahead to resolution. This company is one-stop shop for real estate needs. If you are about to PCS consider at least talking to them about your goals in regard to your real property.
