Horrible company. Had me waiting for 3 hours and after I called them 3 times they finally tell me that there are no available Medicaid taxis. UNBELIEVABLE. I will never use this company again and I advise you don’t!

We made arrangements a week out. Was confirmed twice and 24 hours prior to pick up. 14 hours before pick up our ride was cancelled. This happened twice in a row, This place sucks!!

I am no longer able to drive and depend on mobility services like this one through my county to get to work and everywhere else. My experience with Roundtrip has been mostly dismal. Multiple times I’ve attempted to call for rides and ended up stranded at appointments because they literally NEVER PICK UP.. What is thd point of a service ithat never picks up the phone Awful.

As anyone who's read any of my other reviews knows, you gotta really work to get me to give a 1 star rating. The app and website is beyond useless. Continually buffers and wont load. Get an IT person who knows what they're doing

Well at first this company seen the perfect fit for me. i am a mom so i was looking to work from home that way i had a little more time with my kids. this option seen perfect to me " to good to be true" to be honest all interview an paperwork was send via email never talk on the phone with a person. i pass the interview with a minimum effort everything seen so simple and easy. on monday i was told to be connected at 8 am on the morning for my training which consisted on answering 3 questions, i was offering sick days off vacation, i was going to get paid 12 hr for training and 27 after training was completed. i was so happy with this opportunity. i was told that they will cover all my expenses such a computers printers and so so. a check was issue on name for 4900 received 2 days later i was hired. to my surprise. i went deposit the money on my account, the bank put a hold on the check for 4 days. it's rare to my , they usually clear like next day right. but you know what, it ok i said it's probably because was a large amount right said it to myself . Well people let me tell you something this morning on my 4 day of training i wake up and look into my account OVERDRAWN BY 4900 ... man i cry. call the bank this company o who ever its working under this name i don't know i don't care are fraud. you don't even have a phone number to call. be aware of this scammers. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do you research before you submit anything. go to the bank if they send you a check. they can verify for you before you make a deposit. DO NOT EVER EVER EVER. deposit a check from a unknown source true mobile or ATM.

They failed to provide service. Even when companies accepted the trip, calls not made nor texts sent when cancelled out. When filed complaints, ap9logies made, but only excuses given. Nothing changed. Do NOT recommend them.
