If you're trying to decide which dispensary to choose, look no further and go to Rootdown in Pascagoula. The three budtenders I met today on my visit were kind, understanding, and very knowledgeable. Additionally, not only did they work together to resolve a small personal issue I had, they went above and beyond to make sure the entire experience was more than taken care of. Jenn is a big help every time I have to go in. She really makes it easy and very quick. When I am very indecisive about everything! Jenn’s work ethic with me makes her the best employee. I called on 4/1/25 and could barely hear the lady. I asked that she speak up and she kept repeating herself. I asked her to speak in the phone and she repeated herself again and she clearly heard what I was saying. She acted in a manner like I was not a patient but a customer at target or something. I simply called for information about becoming a client and the simple phone call left me with a bad taste about their services. I will not be using their services and I recommend the same unless you want to be treated like cattle. Thumbs down... *UPDATE* After a good call back conversation with their principle caregiver, i'll reserve the right to edit this review based on honesty and faith on their part that their system was experiencing difficulties. It's always about communication. We will see... However, why not an immediate call back in a quieter area of the office? I mean even doctors call their patients back for hickups...

Very helpful in getting me what I need to decrease the pain from my Neuropathy. The staff is very welcoming, every time I walk in the door I end up staying longer just for the conversations. I love this place highly recommend!
