The owner Ray has bent over backwards to help me get started. He explained what each term means in the software. We did many mock up calls before I even purchased the software to ensure I was comfortable. The software its self is quick to learn and extremely easy to use. I will be a long time client off Roopairs. I have been a tech for 30 years i have seen alot of different types of software but nothing that makes it so easy to write an estimate or a invoice. I wish i could give them more than 5 stars

If something isn’t working well or you don’t understand how to do something with it, these guys not only get on the phone with you (1 on 1) they will send you videos of examples on how to use things, kind of like a custom made tutorial.
