My son is having so much fun with his Robotis Dream II kit! There are so many fun builds for him to do. I also had to contact customer service because my son lost a piece and they were a huge help. I highly recommend this kit for anyone who enjoys building!!

As 4 families living in Germany, we ordered 4 Robotis Dream II Level 1 kits for a course which we planned for our children (7-9 years old). The course began a few weeks ago. Each week they come together and under supervision of a teacher they learn the basics of robotics. The kit contains high quality parts but more importantly, the book which comes with the kit is not just an instruction book, it is a well prepared course book. As parents we are very happy to see the enthusiasm of our children. We will order the Level-2 Kit next month. Great Work! Congrats!

After we lost one of the "wheels" to our pet 600 kit, the Robitis folks were kind enough to mail a replacement part at no charge! Fantastic customer service and wonderful, fun product that engages both the imagination and the critical thinking components of a child's (and adult's) brain!

At the beginning of the school year, we purchased three Robotic Play Pets kits for our three boys ( aged 5, 6.5 and 8). When the kits arrived, all the boys did for the entire week was build, so we were thankful to be able to order them a few more sets with our charter school funding. All 6 sets have been loved this year. They are still played with DAILY nearly a year later! They are always creating new ways to build with Robotics Play! I have been incredibly impressed with the durability of the kits and battery packs as well!
To top off this amazing learning toy, they also provide top notch customer service. We lost a few tires for the wheels and the boys were getting frustrated with them not being able to grip well on the hard floor. I sent ONE email and got a human response back. The next week we opened the box of extra tires for the wheels. AMAZING!

We had lost parts to one of our sets. We ordered what we thought were the right replacement parts online, but apparently ordered some smaller parts for a different series. A call to customer service cleared that up right away and after a few emails figuring out exactly what we needed, they quickly sent us the parts we needed to complete our set. We are very happy.

We recently got a Dream II set as my son recently expressed interest in learning more about robotics and engineering, and he absolutely loves it. The book that comes with it is super well done and easy to follow. It’s a perfect set for him to start learning the fundamentals of robotics. It’s challenging but not too difficult that he wants to give up. We will definitely recommend this set to our homeschooling friends.

Customer service is top notch too. Very quick to respond to a question I sent in.

I can't say enough about this company, especially Richard Kim, for encouraging the creativity and knowledge of my grandson when he put together the Robotis Play 503. Mr. Kim went out of his way to respond to my 10-year old grandson in such a positive way - it meant the world to him. The product is also great! Made of durable material with understandable instructions, my grandson has had lots of fun modifying the original kit. We purchased another Robotis and can't wait to get started. Great projects for kids and adults to do together. I highly recommend Robotis.
