We just love our technician, Kyle King, he is a very reliable tech. Comes in with a smile each and every time he comes in to work on our machines. If he can’t figure out a problem, he does everything in his power to get us up and running quickly! Also RJ Young is a great company to work with!

The Chipola College Foundation has used RJ Young for several years and have always enjoyed great service. Today we contacted RJ Young about a problem with our printer and quickly received an email that Al was on his way to fix it. Al arrived promptly and knew immediately what was wrong with our printer. He also had the necessary parts in his truck and in less than 30 minutes he had printer working perfectly. Highly recommend!

I have been working with RJ Young for just over a year now and they have been a fantastic vendor. We had a hard time finding a local company that we could get maintenance agreements for our production scanners and they were able to put them all under a maintenance agreement. From there we have done several transactions with them for some large format scanners and we plan to continue to do business with them. Everyone I have reached out to has been very responsive and polite. I feel as if they try to go out of their way to make things right! Thank you RJ Young.
