We have a house of 4 with complex medical issues. Scripts are often changing, and I've never been more confidant in a pharmacy staff than with Alex and the team. Though staffing has been an issue, our house appreciates every member behind the glass, as well as the friendly staff on the floor.
It really is a load off to know we're in good hands, especially in a remote town like ours.
More than anything, I hope RiteAid shows their appreciation to this hard working bunch.
Thank You and Happy Holidays to you all.

Piss Poor! When into the pharmacy to pick up a perscription of Paxlovid for covid and I was positive. Mind that I was masked and kept separation per CDC guidelines. The immediate reaction at the pharmacy (both the assistant and pharmacist) was that you are not allowed in the store and told to get out!!! As i walking away i was told someone will come out to discuss further. While outside I noted no sign, placards, or any other communication saying that the pharmacy was off limitson my situation. After 30 minutes waiting outside, someone finally came out and stated that she didn't receive my telephone call, now I'm confused. I also pointed out the lack of posted and verbal instruction. I can point out other silliness and hypocrisy, but it is not my nature to be obnoxious, In summary, in the future, I will not do business with Rite Aid at all costs.

Excellent customer service! The pharmacy staff and store employees are caring and genuinely nice people! I dislike going here so often (I'm on about 16 different medications & my doctor and insurance won't work with Rite Aid to get them all filled at once so I end up in here 10-15 times per month) , but the people always brighten my day.
In case they ever read this: Special thanks to:
Pharmacy: Greg, Bill, Juan, Julie, Debbie, Sandra, Kendall, Iris, and Ruby.
Store: Crystal, Tia, Sheila, and James.
Thank You to all of you and thank you to anyone I missed!

Doctor sent in a Rx for 64 tablets of a medication. They only had 26 so we received them as we were told that the remainder would be ordered. When we called to check the status of the remaining order we were told that our Rx had been filled and we were to have another Rx ordered before they would order any more of the medication they told us they were ordering previously. While talking with the pharmacy representative (Ruby), as we attempted to find a remedy that didn't require us to go back to the Dr for something they had already ordered and not to have to pay the ridiculous co-pay "again" Ruby hung up on us. She is the most disrespectful representative in a pharmacy I have dealt with in my 65+ years.

RiteAid pharmacy, in Crescent City, CA, is the best pharmacy in the area. The associates are friendly and professional, they call me by name, and the prescriptions are ready very quickly. They do a very good job and strive to make a visit there pleasant.

We're a town in the middle of nowhere, woods for hours. National Forest before the fires. No jobs before so, abandoned fire fighter's, lost in the woods poor, many lived in cars too. They have come a long way after the fires. Not your normal employees. Very tough life before like, extremely cold nights and wild animals.

The pharmacist is great he is kind and attentive. However there is one clerk/ cashier in the pharmacy department that is so rude. I go in every single month for my diabetic medication. I waited in line for a half hour I finally make it to the register Iris tells me to sit in the waiting area another 20 minutes. For what I'm not sure I called to have everything ready hours prior to coming in. I have prescription cards I asked her to apply she tells me go and sit down. Im like omg! Then she throws my cards down at the window and walks away. I get up and go to the register and say these are mine correct? I go over to the drop off window to complain to the pharmacist. The crazy woman hears me and screams ITS RIGHT HERE ITS READY! REALLY! I was so embarrassed! This attitude happens every single time with this woman. I complained to the pharmacist he said next time ask for someone else to help you. Why is this rude woman allowed to represent rite aid? She's horrible! It stresses me out every month. I really like rite aid i guess I'll have to switch just to avoid this rude woman.
