I’m not here to tell you what they want you to hear but I’m gonna tell you that real. This place exercises classism and favoritism at its finest. If you are or willing to be material handler, just know you are the low hanging fruit. You do not have a voice. Any issues that you have they will get to it when they feel like it or just ignore it. Any changes on your job description list will only go for the shift they choose, preferably 3rd. Management bends the rules and protects their favorite operators. Even if there is a major violation of company policy, it will go ignored if you are a favored operator. The point system is laughable. If late 1 minute you get the same 1 point just as someone who didn’t show up. If you have a medical emergency you still get 1 point. If you are very ill and have to leave early it’s 1 point. ‍♂️ Enter at your own risk.

when the pandemic kicked off in march 2020, they sent everyone home that could work remote. they said we had nothing to worry about. then they pulled the company phones. still no warnings. then they froze the health ins. still no warnings. just lies. i talked to my manager every wednesday for an hour and not 1 thing was mentioned that should concern me. then i get the chopping block for "poor work ethic". funny because in fear of losing my job to the pandemic, i worked even harder. Next time I'll just trust my gut...and not the company.

Absolute worst job iv ever had. This place is a modern day sweat shop. They treat you like a slave. HR and management are corrupt and will not help you if you get injured on the job, will practical laugh at you. Ruthless point system, no pay raises, no advancement. 9 min breaks. Unbelievable company.

RevSpring Phoenix happends to be my employer ?. After a year long vacation to my country (Philippines) visiting my wife and coming back to phoenix finding a job was a challenge for me, I work for different companies but things didn't work out for me untill I found Revsprings. I've only been working for them for a little over a year and I love it each and every employee is very kind and friendly even the people above like managers etc etc are very kind they always come around and chit chat plays jokes etc etc I love working here. I keep my record straight, keep a positive attitude and I plan on retiring here someday. ?

My assignment was terminanted today through Terra Staffing, my coworkers were very nice people and i got along with everyone quite well including management, only problem is that with whatever agreement they have going on with the staffing agency, will not allow you to get holiday Pay and they have a horrible point system that doesn’t allow you to get sick, also the vending machines steal your money and you will not be reimbursed, I left an note after not being reimbursed for my money after 2 1/2 months about $18 all together, the secretary decided to come on the floor and harrass me, I wasn’t having it, her name is Annette, I didn’t realize we weren’t allowed to be upset about our money being stolen from us, but like I said the staff is great but HR and upper management see you as disposable and do not have you’re best interest in mind, thanks Laura and Anette sincerely Eric 🙂
