We had a Reliant powder coat system (spay booth and oven) installed and fully operational in October 2023. From order processing, communication during fabrication, delivery, installation and startup, the team at Reliant were professional and efficient. They worked with us every step of the way and made the entire process very easy. After a few months time, we decided to install another line and the process again went extremely well.

This is the owner of elk fabrication in Paterson, New Jersey. We purchased our powder coating system from Reliant finishing system, booth and oven. Everything was great from reliant. We received all material on time, 8 people came for installation which took couple of days only. Booth and oven are working great with no issues. Customer service is great.

On behalf of Burns Manufacting, we recently purchased a powder coat oven and spray booth. Let me start by saying the reason this is 5 stars is because Josh, Aaron, Hal, Tim and Ted. Their customer service is awesome.

We self installed and the instructions lacked detail. It really wasn't bad to put together, took us 6 days 2 people and less than 6hrs a day. We did have an issue at startup that put us behind a couple days but 2 new parts and it ran fine after that.

My only complaint on the whole thing is the sharp edges that were exposed. Could be fixed by folding in on the bend instead of out.

Hope we don't need a new oven for a while but I would buy another from reliant. It fixed our issue of spraying brass and bronze with clear that every local coater has struggled with.

The Reliant crew were great to work with on getting our new powder coating up and running. We changed our mind a couple of times on several things which caused change orders and they were very patient and worked with us on the details throughout the entire process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Reliant to anyone for your powder coating needs!
