I am very disappointed that I need to select a star for a rating when this business and Jean deserve none.
I've been working with Jean for the last couple of years. She was my old neighbor when she said she'll be able to give my company more business if i let her re-due my website. When time came to do my website there was a lot of things she said that she couldn't do after all, she back tracked a lot! At the end of the situation, she said she had put more time on the website than she anticipated.
So after the fact, she held the reservation page of my website. The MOST important page on the site. She made threats to pay her in advance monies for the reservation page a year installment in advance (also let me just say the reservation page was not supposed to be charged a monthly fee) or she won't put my reservation page back to order. So, I went ahead and paid her a year's worth in advance. I then moved to a different company that was much easier to communicate with.
So with that being done, I've have made numerous attempts to contact Jean via telephone and email to request a refund of the remaining months. She and her company have not yet replied back nor attempted to contact me.
If you like crooked business partners, or just crooked work and "agreements" relevant tools is the company!!
