Worst company I’ve ever worked with. Customer service is a joke. It’s almost 40% more expensive than their competitors yet you get 40% less customer service. They can’t get the anything right. I can’t wait for my contracts to end so I can pull both my businesses. I’ve been a client for almost 10 years and it’s sad to see how down hill things have gone. You’ll notice their last positive review, even in Yelp is over 8 years old. Pathetic.

I use a Regus office in Pleasanton to work and meet clients twice a week. Lily and Nadia are helpful and kind when it comes to printing, client coordination, and whatever else I may need. The office is clean and quiet and has everything I need for work.

Please avoid Regus and this location at all cost! The manager Lily and staff went against Covid 19 guidelines constantly not wearing masks and greeting my clients. My client filed a complaint that the manager Lily who works for Regus doesn't wear a mask during lockdown inside of our office building while greeting clients. I made Regus aware of this and instead of an apology, I was told that my rent is due! What kind of slum office are they running here that the management feels they can talk to owners of a company in that manner? The only reason Regus is here is because of tenants like myself that are keeping them open which they tend to forget. They will keep you on hold for hours if you call in and ask for assistance which is exactly what Lily did as the manager and made me aware that the client keeps calling and is annoying. Why would anyone want to work at such a negative office environment and risk my life and safety of my clients. I left this office and will be avoiding Regus in the future and will be reaching out to the CDC for their unsafe work environment during Covid 19. Signs are posted throughout the building which are disregarded by the staff!

This location is awesome so long as you NEVER leave! It has been 5 weeks since I turned in my keys and no one knows where my security deposit or when I am getting it back. UNBELIEVABLE! This is over a thousand dollars that a small business like mine cannot afford to "wait" for while they figure out what they are doing.

Clean place. Plenty of parking. Good Covid precautions.
On the downside, the TV for slide presentations has problems with 2 out of 3 HDMI ports and the coffee machine in the lobby had problems taking cards for more than one cup of coffee in 5 minutes.

Absolute nightmare. I had a virtual office. I paid for a live receptionist. 9 out of 10 times the calls to my business went unanswered. The management team was no help. All they ever did to resolve a problem was to create a "ticket"! There is no customer service number. The company is based out of the Philippines. STAY AWAY.
