I’ve been a customer of RefurbKings for several years. Every product and service provided by them has always been excellent. John is very knowledgeable of technology and is very professional. As well as his staff. I go there for all mine and my family’s technological products and services including phones, iPads, watches, earbuds, laptop computers.. we’ve probably bought a little bit of everything there over the years. Referred Kings sold me a pink iPhone 13 for $600 that was tied to AT&T. When I contacted, they said it wasn't paid off, so I lost $600. This firm isn't cool at all; people work hard for these things. Don't recommend them; you'll lose your money!

I took my MacBook up there on a Friday to get the battery replaced. I knew it was the weekend and they’d have to order the battery, so I figured it take a while. I called the next Thursday asking for an update. They had received the battery and replaced it. However, in the process, there was a cord in the midst of the innards of the MacBook. They explained it was a common problem as this model, they had to do extra work to get the battery out, and the cord is easily broken. Fine and dandy. They called Friday saying they’d replaced the cord and was ready. I picked it up Saturday. When I got home, I realized the backlight of the keyboard was wonkey. Off in some places, dim in others, and fine in other places. Tried to type in the password and I found the keyboard wasn’t working. Called and they said to bring it back. Took it back, unfortunately it was an hour till closed so I had to drop it off. They called Monday and said they’d fixed it. The cord is apparently very sensitive and if it’s moved in the wrong spot it apparently causes chaos. Picked it up yesterday, Wednesday, and all is fine! No charge for the cord repair and the keyboard was back in working order! Moral of the story, while it was a lengthy process, I still had a pleasant experience with them. The guys are all super kind, sweet, helpful and honest. If I have any more technical issues, they will for sure be who I take it to! There was a mistake made and they were quick to fix it! Thank you guys! Now I can carry on writing my novel with a MacBook that lasts more than an hour off the charger!
