Refined did an outstanding job on our project, which was a complicated installation of a new system and a retrofit of an existing system. They moved our media closet to a new location in the house with minimal wall cuts and designed a new system with all new hardware and programming. The entire experience was very professional - from consultation, to design, to installation. At the conclusion of installation, the team at Refined completed a full orientation and walked us through everything. Since the initial installation, follow-ups and updates have always been prompt.

We were so pleased with Refined, that we hired them for a second project a few years after the initial project when we expanded our back yard outdoor living space. Refined scoped the project quickly, had wonderful suggestions on how to make the most of the space, and seamlessly worked with our other contractors during construction to ensure smooth execution of the overall project.

From design, proposal, install, follow up, and technical support, the entire team has been very professional and committed to delivering a high quality product and service. Having bought a house with existing technology wiring from two prior owners, I especially appreciated the extensive and well organized clean up (including removal of old and unneeded wiring and devices) of the utility room panel and relocation of most to a technology rack closet. I finally found an audio/Av company who is listening and delivering on my needs. I have a legacy Crestron system that I inherited from the previous owner of the home 6 months ago. Refined Audio (specifically Mason) was able to very adequately explain and get my system back up and running with all of the options which I had requested. While I recognize that my system is dated and nearly obsolete, they delivered what I wanted, contrary to the competitors who just wanted to sell me a $9,000 system without evaluating my audio infrastructure.
