I started my own appraisal business and shopped around for appraisal software knowing that long-term this would make me more efficient by saving time on tedious tasks. Being fully cloud-based would also enable me to work remotely as long as I have a computer with an internet connection. RealQuantum checked all of the boxes! They are unique in that they are ENTIRELY cloud-based, not like most other appraisal software that integrates Word, Excel, and a web-based application. It does take completing 3 reports before feeling comfortable with it, but stick it out its WORTH IT. Their customer service and how-to content is excellent. I get a same-day response to any questions or issues that come up. Their product is superb and they are constantly improving. Their platform is extremely flexible and able to accommodate most property types (they use AI's PUCS standards to classify properties). The built-in calculations in each valuation approach give me great confidence that there are no calculation errors that can easily occur in Excel-based workbooks. Other super time savers are custom templates for entire reports as well as for almost every section of a report where you can auto-generate content and tweak it to any particular assignment. Their mobile app allows you to take photos that automatically upload to the web-based interface for ease and peace of mind. They are also an open API software which they've leveraged to integrate demographic databases as well as DCF software. My two hang-ups are that when they release updates to their software bringing in new features, it takes me a few hours to learn the new features and figure out if I want to incorporate them into my reports or not. The best thing is that they often give you the freedom to use the extra features or not! Ultimately, I believe their features push the bar for appraisers to constantly improve their product, which is why I'm glad to be using their services because that's how I've chosen to run my business. Secondly, they have Cloud backups of all of the property data that you enter into their software, but as of this writing there is no way to retrieve actual assignments if they are accidentally deleted (think valuation narratives and approaches). Overall, this software and company deliver a lot of value for a very reasonable price that is appealing to single-man shops or large appraisal firms, and the software scales very easily! You won't regret choosing them for your appraisal software needs.

Our overall experience has been positive and feel well supported by the team at RQ. The software works well, resides in the cloud and has a straightforward interface. It is pretty easy to learn and adopt and has absolutely saved us time. There are a few things I wish were different, but they do complete updates periodically to address client requests and most issues can be worked around. We have about 10 appraisers using it and the response has been mostly positive. Overall, I recommend this software for commercial appraisers and believe it has shortened the time to complete appraisals, eliminated mistakes and really helped the accessibility and integration of data.

I am really enjoying using realquantum in my appraisal practice. The Software As A Service / cloud-based model is the way to go for me. Its just so convenient to use and has made me much more productive compared to the old Write Over An Old Template model. It produces a clean professional looking report that allows all the flexibility I need to expand my analysis or write up more detail as I see fit. The staff is very responsive to my questions and get back to me right away. They appear to really listen to their customers suggestions and are always working on ways to improve the program with new features. So its always getting better and more efficient with greater capabilities with each new update.

I've been highly impressed with Real Quantum having recently made the switch from an Excel/Word based software. Real Quantum's web-based system operates flawlessly with no errors, frequent reboots, or calculation errors plus it allows for the expansion of multiple analysis scenarios. The mobile app is stable and makes photo management a breeze. The learning curve was shorter than I anticipated and my productivity increased in a little more than a month! For years, I wondered why someone couldn't develop a narrative report writing system that is efficient and actually works. Real Quantum has done that!

RQ is by far the best software available on the market, The finished report is very polished and professional. RQ forces the user to become a better appraiser and displays data in an understandable way to the client. All of my clients agree the format is easy to read. I strongly recommend this software for any type of commercial property which requires a market value estimate. Also, Kristy is a very knowledgeable support person.

Realquantum is wonderful commercial appraisal report software. It is developed by people who use it. That to me says it all. I like the format and the workability with other products like Nitro, Word and PDF. If you are a commercial appraiser, I would like to suggest looking at their videos and give it a look.
