Tieryn Bills called some people on my family n separated us. Don't trust rand. They bribed us.
Tieryn and another worker named Sally stalked my lady n I.
Went to our apartment and looked through our window without us saying okay to this.
I had to blocked her.

I parked in the lot underneath the Rand Corporation when I attended the American Film Market 2023 that was nearby at Le Meridian Delafina Hotel because it was well lit and I felt my car would be safe and secure there. Parking was about $20 for most of the day (they charge hourly) vs. an outrageous $54 or $57/day at the hotel!
(BTW it's right next door to the Santa Monica Civic Center, but their parking lot was not as well lit and felt kind of creepy.)

One of the coolest places on the planet , but you won't just be able to walk in here you'll have to be invited .

Home to one of the best graduate schools in public-policy on the planet , from up above the shape of the building looks like the human eye ( yes by design) .

The quintessential thing tank Home to many military and three letter agency stress stress stress stress strategies . There is a sordid mysterious past here but also one that has the brightest thinkers in healthcare urban planning and economics

The irony here is that we are given the illusion that this is an institution of higher education. You couldn't get in here even if you sold your soul and those of your family... You see the cast has already been placed. This is a think tank corporation that has its origins in the notion that you need elite thinkers to oversee the minions. It's sad to see Santa Monica change this way.

If you want to know what they do in this place look for a 1980's Michael Crichton movie called LOOKER which was based on some of their research...fascinating!

This is a research institute located in a huge building across from the Courthouse in Santa Monica. They have PhD programs as well and literally hire the best brains.

I don't know what they do but we just happened to walk by here on the way to the beach/pier and seemed nice enough in a nice area.
