They will not answer messages or emails. Ordered heater plenum in February of 22. Received the wrong model in March. Still waiting for correct model. No contact with them since early June. It's now October. Really disappointed in Quiteride Solutions.

Jeff answered and took care of the issue in less than five minutes and had me reporting back to the customer that his issue was resolved. I had a motor home cab that was too noisey and too hot. I bought Quiet Ride Solutions insulation package and had it installed by an auto upholstery shop. Great result, cab is much quieter and cooler. Much more pleasant to drive. Very happy.
