First impression: I was shocked at the disrepair of several machines and just how old the operating machines were?. But I HAD to do laundry for my family, and this is the ONLY laundromat on the island. With that being said, the most helpful gentleman was the saving grace of this review. He helped me select an appropriate sized/operating machine for my loads, helped me get quarters, and assisted me in starting the loads. The machines I used seemed to do a good job washing my clothes, but it would be wonderful to provide more reliable machines that ensure that clothes are cared for and not ruined.

I recently attempted to contact is Company multiple times, but I was unable to speak to a representative until my latest call. Unfortunately, the person I spoke with was extremely rude and made inappropriate racial comments ("We dont serve you people", "We dont want your business") I never got the chance to tell them what I even wanted. As a business owner who hires subcontractors all over the country.I have never encountered a situation like this.

I was shocked and disappointed by the treatment I received. I believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of their background. I would strongly advise others to avoid doing business with this company.

The owners or operators of this company have demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism. I will not be returning, and I encourage others to do the same.

I visited this laundry mat recently and gave it two stars mainly due to its high prices and an uncomfortable experience. The cost of using the machines was quite steep, which was disappointing. Additionally, I was uncomfortable with the fact that a male employee handled my sisters personal undergarments and moved our belongings without permission while we were away. This invasion of privacy left a negative impression on me and my sister.

When camping, a shower is a shower. However this was about the most run down laundromat shower I've seen. It was affordable and I'm still thankful for the service. However, will be sticking to using the harbor showers instead.

Went in to wash a comforter that was white. When I got it out of the washer it had stains all over it. Talked to the people there and they said "It was from years of smoke and body sweat." The comforter was only 2 months old. Then she said "oh it should have been dry cleaned because it is down." Well it is not down it is synthetic 100% polyester and says machine wash. They would not admit that the machine had stained my property. Overall a dirty place and unhelpful staff.

The sign says last wash is at 6. My clothes were in the dryer and the guy shut off the lights and ran me out at 6:03.

Washes are $3.50, dry is 5 minutes per quarter. Detergent is available for $1.

A friendly group can't say as much for the folks that are the customers. The customers are often rude. You know who yall are.
