I don’t think results from the studies are accurate here as Miami clinic is run by mafia and they only choose people they know. They even said that over the phone.

You never get anyone on the phone to screen. I have been calling for a week straight .

The customer service is horrible the receptionist doesn’t care about her job and treats people that is trying o look for study like an animals. Simply was just asking a question and clarification and was given horrible feedback from a simply question

Very bad costumer care.
They put Migraine study announcement in the radio, I called and a lady get my information and say she will call me back. A month past, no one call me. I call twice this week, and they never pick up the phone, juts a automatic message. I left two messages and no one show up, call me back, nothing.
Why they put the announcement in the radio if they cant handle?
its a unrespect with a people.
