I have over three decades' worth of accounting, floor covering, and construction experience. And although we have only been using Q Floors for just over a month, I can say with genuine confidence that we are already starting to see the benefits from switching over to an inventory-based application.

Despite the fact that we are in the infant stages of our platform conversion, we have confidence that this program will streamline our processes and organization as a whole. And we are excited about what this change brings.

It must be stated that what has made this transition—and overall experience—relatively painless is the outstanding customer service team at Q Floors. Everyone on the Q Floors customer service roster who we have worked with has been knowledgeable and helpful. And this migration wouldn't have been as successful without each and every one of the team members who has contributed their expertise to this process.

But I would be remiss—and it would be an injustice—if I didn't give an extra shoutout to Dorian. While all the customer service reps and trainers at Q Floors who we have worked with have been paramount to the success of our software conversion, Dorian has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions to ensure that we got the customer care that we deserve. Whether he was answering general questions, administering training, or even just brainstorming processes within the program, Dorian has done a wonderful job of making this move as easy as possible—even to the point where he would call and email after hours in order to get us the answers and information that we needed in a timely manner.

On top of being professional—and great at what he does—he's also been pleasant and personable and a real joy to work with. We couldn't have asked for a better ambassador for this burgeoning professional relationship, and we are very grateful for everything that Dorian has done for us.

What a wonderful way to start off the new year. Thank you, Dorian! And thank you, Team Q Floors!

The product is fairly simple to use. I’ve used other products in the past & they aren’t as easy to navigate like Qfloors but what really matters is the customer service. Qfloors tech team are the best!! Every time I call they are always happy to help with any issues “I probably caused” that come up. As a business owner I know how important it is to have a system easy to use for new sales representatives to learn & use. Qfloors is that software

Just wanted to let any flooring company looking for a new software program for your Bussiness, I have been in Bussiness for over 40 years and having been using Qfloors for over 5 years and I will tell you the company and the people on staff and the customer service is the best !!! This morning I called to speak with QFloors about setting some things up for me. I was connected with Jacob Clement. He was extremely knowledgeable, he went above and beyond for our company. He noticed I would have to type the same thing in every time on each Proposal. So, he offered to go in and make a text box for me. This has lessoned my frustrations on always having to copy and paste. Jacob was extremely professional and considerate. I told him they needed to give him a raise. This was the most seamless process I have ever had, when dealing with software.
