Submitted a very detailed Facebook messenger request about having upgrades done to my server System For my Home based office. message was read within 24 hours and no response Given. A week later I called them on a Monday to touch base to see if perhaps they were working up an estimate to get the runaround. Larry informed me that they didn’t even have access to their Facebook page or manage it and it was only there so people could find them that they did not service systems at customer locations. Very unprofessional responses to my customer Inquiries and based on the services the companies web page claims they provide.

My laptop (Dell Inspiron) was running so so slow I asked Rob, if my laptop was worth an upgrade from HDD to SDD, plus double my RAM to 16GB. Rob said my laptop was worth upgrading.
WOW, my laptop is super fast now. I live over an hour away, but the drive was worth it. I am highly satisfied with the work and service.

I can’t be more grateful I found Pure Computer Solutions. They are professional, helpful, caring. Rob was extremely nice and explained to me exactly what was wrong with my laptop, not just the fact that it was in Spanish and took him a bit longer to figure out the difference with the keyboard. He didn’t try to oversell anything I didn’t need but did give me some recommendations.

I really appreciate the hard work you put into fixing my laptop, your honesty and efficiency.
