Our display stopped working completely. Went into some kind of service mode where it was flipping through the different colors. Could not get support or help quickly. The only way to contact their support department is via email, and if you call you are told the only way to reach out to them is through email.

There are no support documents except how to cable the display to the desktop and none of the support documentation explains how it works or how it is setup. You can't even sign up for an account through the website because their website isn't working properly.
