At first I was very excited to finally have a modern solution to the antiquated gate access clicker issue. After much botched communications between our HOA and Proptia we finally got the codes for the Conekt app. And it actually worked as advertised. But then I got a new phone and I had to pay $10 for new code. Whatevs its only $10. BUT THEY MADE ME SEND A CHECK IN THE MAIL WHICH TOOK FOREVER for them to email me my new code. This company is literally the only company that doesn't have an electronic means to pay So lame. That, and it requires you to create an actual QR code for every single visitor, ride share, and meal app. This results in my neighborhood gate always clogged with people calling the person who sent them there. My neighbors aren't sophisticated enough to use the app to get the QR codes to their visitors and probably neither are yours! Once the first person in the line of 5-10 cars goes through, then the rest of the gang pours in which defeats the entire purpose of a gate in the first place. 10/10 do not recommend. Just remove the gate since it's having zero effect. Break-ins continue at same rate as prior to this company

I work for a well-known Established Active retirement community in Seal Beach, and we obtained Proptia (Gate Access) for the community. Our residents are very pleased with the services & ease of the user-friendly app for our residents. I would also like to mention I have direct communication with the Director of Chris Carr who is ALWAYS extremely helpful with any inquiries I may have without hesitation or delay. I recommend any other retirement communities or outside companies seeking a secure Gate Access or any other entities that Proptia may offer for their security solutions to definitely look towards Proptia as one of the security solutions.

Our HOA installed Proptia in 2022 and we love the system. It is easy to use, manage and is incredibly convenient. Especially love the mobile credential capability which allows us to carry less things to the pool. Account set up and platform are a breeze to use especially with phone app! Great system!

Has been horrible since day one in our community. Does software updates without notifying the community managers or residents and then the entire community loses access. Definitely would NOT recommend this mess.

I am on the Board of Directors for a large community (2500 homes) in the Coachella Valley. Last year we replaced our gate access software with Proptia and have been very pleased with the features it provides for our security. We have been especially happy with the License Plate Recognition modules that provide us with detailed information on who is entering and leaving our community. Proptia is always available for support questions and open to suggestions on future enhancements. I would strongly recommend them as an community access software provider.

Proptia app is useless. You can only add visitors but can't manage your update your own account. You need to go to their website to see the activity record for your property. For a tech company, I was expecting an more user friendly system.

We recently got Proptia installed at our Community and I am very happy with it! Love the ease of mobile credentials, as we always have our phones on us, and the visitor management. Super user friendly! Could not recommend enough!
