I work in the Wisconsin region and they tell you that you get paid weekly but says Melinda the scheduler and Brigid the DON at the Bay of Burlington approves everyone time cards late and that you have to wait until the next pay cycle. Which is infuriating because I signed a contract that says I get paid EVERY FRIDAY! They also lie and will not ever pay you the overtime rate or call in rate that they promise you in orientation. You work all these hours at the same rate. They don’t tell you that the facility mandates you and still won’t pay you a bonus.The facility makes you work through the break but still takes out for the break in your pay. The recruiters are only there to pacify you with lies regardless of your treatment. The recruiters talk down on you and tell you that the no one else in the company will talk to you because they don’t talk to talent. Like I am not the one making money for the company. I’m way more important than the recruiter. How is this possible?
