As a very long time customer of Procare I must say their Tech Support department may not exist. Used to be decent company, now, not so much.
Been on hold the second day for over an hour trying to contact Tech Support. Message says they'll call me back when they get a chance.

This is a great product, but I think they should change their advertisements on their website to "Only tech support will help you, and billing will definitely take your money. Our sales department doesn't want anymore money so we don't answer. We only have one sales rep (who works when they feel like it); good luck getting through to someone" If this was on their website, it would help people not waste their time waiting on the phone for more than 2hrs just to get their call "mysteriously" disconnected. I stand behind this project, but have zero faith in their sales/ support team (except for tech support). They should outsource their sales department to India, they have an endless supply of people to answer.

Great app for seeing information and photos about what your kid is doing. However, the Procare customer support is absolutely awful. 55 mins on hold with them to tell me that the daycare center needs to fix the issue I'm having with Procare's software. Really?

UNRESOLVED BILLING ISSUE: My wife was paying for the subscription with a personal card while getting the business off the ground. Shortly after, She updated the billing info to make her new business card the one to be billed. The next billing cycle it was not switched. Month after that.. not switched. So on and so on for almost an entire year now. During which we've talked to some nice people on the phone who have apologized and sworn they would fix the issue but as of the most recent billing (today), it is still not fixed.

Stay away from this company. When they want to start service, they are so available. Later if you need customer service or decide to stop service with them good luck getting any customer service. They have charged my credit card for the past year when I have clearly stopped service with them. Now, I have the headache of disputing with my credit card company and ....

It has been our worst nightmare dealing with this company. Since last September they lured us to their credit/debit card processing system Called Tuition Express. They misguided us and did not clearly disclose that we would be the ones incurring all the processing costs instead of the people who are using it.
I would not even give one to their costumer service. They don't answer your calls, they don't care about solving your problems.
Stay away....... find yourself another company who would care about serving you and keeping you....

I wish I didn't have to give a star but you have to so 1 is what you get. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a company that is suppose to support the childcare industry. They had no problem taking my money without me even having a user Id and password. They were so eager to talk with me, schedule zoom meetings and the whole nine, but when it comes to talking with someone on the phone you can forget about it. Im sorry I responded to your email. I will never recommend your software to anyone. Thank you for taking my money!

Their customer support is worst . The guy answered our phone is so rude and couldn’t help us solve the issues that made by their app. Their app has problem and took tuition money 3 times from my bank . The worst customer service
