The man who helped me went above and beyond contiining to take his time explaining things to me and being very helpful.

Other computer repair shops won’t even take the time to simply talk about whats going on with your computer until they can start charging you! While these guys looked at it for a few minutes, discussed things with me and showed they cared and truly wanted to help me with my issue. Then when they started working they went straight into it as to not just dilly dally around to charge me for more time.

Thanks again Pro Computer Inc! Definitely the best Computer Repair Shop in the northern area around Roy, Ogden, Layton etc!

I brought my working Dell tower in to have a secondary HDD I added myself to be mounted in the bay with two screws. I wanted it "professionally" done. After a day, I received a phone call saying the motherboard was fried when they powered it up, after working on it. A week later, with a basic motherboard replacing the higher end one they fried, I received my computer back minus @ $450 for the two screws and non-OEM motherboard. I am the one who got screwed at this place.

Pro Computer was recommended to me and am I glad they were! Lowell and Robert are super knowledgeable and really went above and beyond to help my needs. Not only did they have the right products at a great price, they helped recommend the right service providers after the sale. They always answer or return calls and help however possible. Would definitely highly recommend!

Excellent service. My father (a computer geek from the earliest days of computers) purchased several computers from here over the years. He was always very happy with the service.

More recently, after he passed, Joel helped us get the data off of my father's computer so we didn't lose all the photos and financial records. More importantly, knowing that I was only in town for a few days, he stayed late on a Saturday to get the job done so I would have time to look over the files before I had to fly out.

You won't get that kind of service at a big box store or chain!

Lowell and Robert were up front about the slim chance that they could fix my laptop before next week however, they called me the same day and had it fixed. They were even able to fix the keyboard which hasn't worked right for a few years. Great service and far cheaper than buying a new computer.
