I am beyond impressed with the service that Fast Funeral Printing/Printing Solutions has provided me. We had an unexpected death late Tuesday with fast wake happening that Friday afternoon, meaning we had less than 48 hours to get prayer cards for the funeral!

I submitted a custom design super late on Wednesday night (technically 12:30 CST on Thursday morning) and opted for the next-day early shipping. I left a small note on the order expressing my “finger crossed” hope that the cards would arrive on time, not thinking anyone would even read the comment. To my surprise, I received an email at 4 am CST (which is 2 am MST in Tempe, AZ where Fast Funeral Printing is located by the way) from the CTO, Thaddeus, assuring me that they would get my order shipped out in time to arrive by Friday morning.

Most of the sites that looked at that offered funeral card printing were boasting a 2-3 day printing turnaround time with an additional 2 days needed for shipping. Having Fast Funeral Printing be able to do the same thing in less than 24 hours (for a far cheaper price I may add!) is something that absolutely needs to be applauded. They say their funeral items print and ship in 24 hours and they mean it. They are so incredibly deserving of 5 stars (even before considering the outstanding customer service and communication they also provide). I honestly wish I could give them more.

These guys saved my bacon. Mark made their process easy to understand and helped me put a rush on a small printing job I needed and it was done within 48 hours. Excellent quality, it's clear they know what they're doing. Will definitely be supporting this small business again!

They even have complimentary drinks in the front lobby area!
